In case you haven’t heard… the Colorado housing market has hit bottom and things are on the upswing. While we are experiencing a seller’s market, now is still an excellent time to buy….AND sell! Prices are still low, interest rates continue to be at historic lows and it is relatively easy to get a mortgage. Foreclosure activity has dropped quite a bit.
With inventory so low, there is high demand, and sellers are in a much better position to sell these days. Case in point: I just listed a 4br/2ba home in Thornton for $170K and we were under contract within 2 days, with multiple offers!
